Cinnamon roll overnight oatmeal

Ingredients

  • • ½ cup greek yogurt
  • • ½ cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats
  • • ½ cup vanilla almond milk
  • • 3 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • • 1 tablespoon cream cheese/greek yogurt, softened
  • • 1 tsp vanilla
  • • 1 scoop No Whey Protein Powder (pea protein)

Directions

  1. 1. Combine greek yogurt, oats, almond milk, coconut sugar and cinnamon in a sealable container (I use a mason jar) and stir until smooth.
  2. 2. Last stir in softened cream cheese mixture to oat mixture. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
  3. 3. Serve chilled.
