Crockpot Sweet & Spicy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup all natural soy sauce
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup Asian garlic chili paste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 TBSP ginger, minced

Directions

  1. Stir together the soy sauce, coconut sugar, chili garlic paste and ginger in a small bowl.
  2. Add the chicken to the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. Pour soy sauce mixture on top.
  4. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
