Fresh Basil Salad
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups spinach
- .5 cup broccoli, chopped
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1 TBSP slivered almonds
- A handful of fresh basil leaves
- .25 cup EVOO
- .25 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 TBSP Stevia
- .25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Dressing
Directions
- Add spinach to a large salad bowl.
- Chop broccoli, and hard-boiled eggs and add to salad bowl.
- Sprinkle with slivered almonds and fresh basil leaves.
- Top with dressing or simply try half a squeezed lemon and olive oil.
- Enjoy.
