Dr. Picone's Summer Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups cubed rotisserie chicken
- ¼ cup silvered almonds
- 3 TBSP green onion
- 1 cup Greek yogurt/mayo mixture
- 1 11oz. can of mandarin oranges
- 3 cups cubed cantaloupe for serving or 2 halves of cantaloupe
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Serve in or with cantaloupe.
