Crockpot Sweet & Spicy Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 lb Chicken thighs
- 1/3 cup all natural soy sauce
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup Asian garlic chili paste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 TBSP ginger, minced
Directions
- Stir together the soy sauce, coconut sugar, chili garlic paste and ginger in a small bowl.
- Add the chicken to the bottom of the crockpot.
- Pour soy sauce mixture on top.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
