Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup of No Whey protein powder
  • 1/4 cup of honey or 1 TBSP liquid Stevia
  • 1/2 cup of almond meal
  • 1/4 cup of almond butter
  • 3/4 cup of gluten free oats
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well (you may have to use your hands!)
  2. Roll into 1 or 1.5 inch balls
  3. Store in refrigerator - enjoy!
