Berry Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1 TBSP chia seeds
- ¼ cup gluten free rolled oats
- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ cup orange juice
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop No Whey
- Optional: 1 tsp stevia for added sweetness
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and let sit for 5-10 minutes so the oats and chia seeds can soak. Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or freeze.
- Enjoy.
