Chicken Salad
Ingredients
- 2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Cooked and Shredded
- ½ Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Pepper
- ½ Teaspoon Paprika
- 2/3 Cup Plain Greek Yoghurt
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise (Optional)
- 1½ Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Cup Celery
- 4 Slices Cooked and Crumbled Uncured Turkey Bacon (Optional)
- 4 Green Onions, Sliced
- 2 Tablespoons Chives
Directions
- Add shredded chicken to a large bowl and season with salt, pepper and paprika.
- Add yogurt, mayo and mustard, tossing well to coat.
- Fold in the celery, bacon, chives and green onions.
- Taste and season more if desired.
