Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 Cups Almond Flour
- ¼ Cup Coconut Flour
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
- ¼ Cup Coconut Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 Eggs (Room Temperature)
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
- ¼ Cup Coconut Sugar
- ½ Cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- ¼ Cup Raisins
- ¼ Cup Pecans, Chopped
- ¼ Cup Honey
- ¼ Cup Coconut Oil
- ¼ Teaspoon Almond Extract
- 2 Teaspoons Vanilla

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease pan with Coconut oil.
- Combine the dry ingredients and mix to remove any lumps.
- Combine the wet ingredients in another bowl and mix well.
- Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients slowly to create the dough.
- Chill dough for 15 minutes.
- Using two pieces of parchment paper and the dough between them, roll out the dough into a large rectangle.
- Remove top piece of parchment paper and add the filling ingredients.
- Use the bottom piece of parchment paper to roll the dough.
- Cut the roll using a serrated knife cut the roll into 9 pieces.
- Place in greased pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cinnamon rolls and enjoy.
