Cinnamon Vanilla Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 TBSP ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup No Whey (pea protein powder)
  • 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3/4 cup of gluten free quick oats

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with hands.
  2. Roll into 1 inch balls.
  3. Roll into additional protein powder, cinnamon or almond meal (optional).
  4. Refrigerate.
  5. Enjoy!
