Egg Souffle
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP Plain Greek Yogurt
- ¼ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- .5 tsp Baking powder
- .25 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs of your choosing (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place in a pre-greased mini pie pan.
- Bake for 25 – 30 mins.
- Enjoy!
