Egg Souffle

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Plain Greek Yogurt
  • ¼ cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • .5 tsp Baking powder
  • .25 tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs of your choosing (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Place in a pre-greased mini pie pan.
  4. Bake for 25 – 30 mins.
  5. Enjoy!
