Flourless Brownies
Ingredients
- • 1 can 15ozs no-salt-added organic black beans, drained and rinsed
- • 3 eggs
- • 1/3 cup Ghee
- • ¼ cup Cocoa powder
- • 1/8 tsp salt
- • 2 tsp vanilla
- • ½ cup + 2 TBSP Coconut sugar
- • ½ cup Carob chocolate chips
- • 1 scoop No Whey
- Filling
- • 8oz cream cheese/greek yogurt
- • 1 tsp liquid vanilla cream stevia
- • 1 scoop No Whey
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350.
- 2. Place the black beans, eggs, melted butter, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla extract and sugar in the bowl of a food processor and blend until smooth. Remove the blade and gently stir in the chocolate chips.
- 3. Filling –beat butter cream cheese/greek yogurt, protein powder and stevia with a hand mixer until smooth.
- 4. Place 1 TBSP of the filling in each brownie and cut in with a knife.
- 5. Transfer mixture to the prepared pan. Bake the brownies for 30 to 35 minutes or until just set in the center. Cool before serving.
