Greek Sauteed Veggies
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini’s sliced
- 2 yellow squash sliced
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil
- 2 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- pinch of cayenne pepper
- 3 large garlic cloves minced
Marinade
Directions
- Combine veggies with marinade and place in refrigerator for a min 20 minutes to overnight.
- Place 1-2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil in a pan and sauté until desired doneness.
