Kebabs
Ingredients
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Rutabaga
- 1 Red bell pepper
- 1 Onion
- 1 Turnip
- 1 Eggplant
- 2 inch Fresh ginger, peeled
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ½ cup Tamari
- 2 cups Water
- ½ tsp Cayenne
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 tsp Oregano
Directions
- Clean and cut the vegetables into chunks
- Blend ginger, garlic, tamari, and water with cayenne, basil and oregano in blender and pour over vegetables in bowl
- Marinate overnight in refrigerator
- Put onto skewers and cook in oven or grill
