Lemon Rosemary Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 lemon, juice & zest
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Directions
- Place all ingredients including chicken in a ziploc bag or glass dish. Marinate overnight.
- Bake or grill until chicken is done.
