Marinated Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 3-4 Ounces Goat Cheese
  • ¼ Teaspoon Mixed Peppercorns
  • ¼ Teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • Sprigs Thyme, Rosemary, Fennel
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Small Read Chili
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • ½ Cup EVOO

Directions

  1. Pack the goat cheese in a sterilized, wide mouthed jar with the spices, herbs, chili pepper and garlic tucked around it.
  2. Pour the oil and seal the jar well.
  3. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
  4. Will be ready to serve in 1 week.
