Quinoa Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup No Whey Pea Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup organic almond butter
- 2 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1/2 cup organic mulberries
- 3/4 tsp Organic liquid stevia
Directions
- Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl (except for berries) and combine well
- Add dried mulberries and gently mix through
- Roll mixture into 20 balls
- Refrigerate for an hour before enjoying!
