Slow Cook Thai Pork
Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Pork Tenderloin, Cubed
- ½ Cup Salsa
- ¼ Cup Almond Butter
- 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 3 Tablespoons Water
- 2 Tablespoons Ginger
- 2 Tablespoons Stevia
- 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced
Directions
- Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours.
- If freezing, place all ingredients into gallon-sized freezer bag.
- Thaw in refrigerator overnight, dump into slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
