Slow Cook Thai Pork

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Pork Tenderloin, Cubed
  • ½ Cup Salsa
  • ¼ Cup Almond Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 3 Tablespoons Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons Stevia
  • 2 Cloves of Garlic, Minced

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into slow cooker. Cook on low 6 hours.
  2. If freezing, place all ingredients into gallon-sized freezer bag.
  3. Thaw in refrigerator overnight, dump into slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
